Roles and Responsibilities :
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and product gaps and generate new ideas that drive growth, improve customer experience and increase customer retention.
- Own the roadmap for your product area in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders taking into account business goals, data analysis, and a clear understanding of user needs.
- Oversee the product from conception to release to adoption (maturity), working closely with designers, engineers, and business owners.
- Ensure that required documentation (PRDs, tech design documents, knowledge base articles, etc.) is prepared and updated.
- Ensure that product health & performance metrics are tracked and reported.
- Build market and competitive awareness by comparing the company's product to competitors, gathering customer feedback, and tracking industry & technology trends.
- Work closely with leaders from Customer Success, Sales, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver extraordinary products for our customers.
Preferred Candidates will have :
- Good communication skills, so as to clearly communicate goals, requirements, and desired outcomes to cross-functional teams and leadership
- Experience of collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders to develop product requirements, while also driving the implementation and delivery of products
- Ability to develop detailed business requirements and user stories for creation of product specifications and feature requests
- Strong data-driven problem solving capabilities (Experience with SQL, Python, etc. is a plus)
- Overall experience of 1-3 years with 1 year of product management experience (or strong product analytics experience); Prior experience with SAAS startups is a plus
- Ability to take ownership of their assignments, and drive to deliver good quality output
