Associate Product Manager - Internet/Online

Role Objective :

We are looking for a Product Manager passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll-out products

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Work with end-users, product management, and development resources to gather and document user requirements, translating them into user stories.

- Create test cases to perform UAT, scenario testing, etc.

- Document business processes, systems, and data flows analyze processes, and recommend improvements.

- Manage complex, multi-faceted strategies and projects.

- Map the vision to tech roadmap and get it executed with the help of the Engineering team

- Work closely with the engineering team to guide ideas and products from conception to launch

- Own, develop & continuously improve product design to improve the overall product experience for the customers by working on features such as a navigation interface to improve customer journey, reducing item search time, system generated product name standardisation etc.

- Do stakeholder management to expectations, timelines and escalations.

- Own the entire product lifecycle from Conceptualization -> Realization -> Adoption -> Impact
