Associate Product Manager - IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI

Experience: 1-3 year

Location: Kadubeesanahalli, Bangalore

Must Haves: Requirements Gathering, User Acceptance Testing, and experience in E-commerce/B2C

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Associate Product Manager will play a critical role in owning the entire product Life Cycle, from planning to execution.

- Prioritize requirements, prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRD) and work with the development team for the timely development and release of product/ features

- Collect and analyze data for the performance of the product, draw insights to enable customers' adoption and engagement

- Work with Design and Engineering to develop feature-level specifications inclusive of UX/UI design, validate assumptions, prototypes, and design

- Execute the product/feature development process as per the product roadmap for the assigned section of the product

- Collaborate with stakeholders across the different levels to identify their stated and latent needs with the aim of product discovery and improving product experience

- Interact with customer-facing teams (eg: Sales, Customer Success, Account Management) to obtain customer feedback and present them in a structured way to help arrive at decisions

- Collaborate with marketing for GTM activities

- Create support and training documents for onboarding internal and external users, and conduct feature training and demo sessions with relevant teams.

Requirements

- 1-3 years of relevant Product Management Experience

- Full-time MBA from a Tier 1 B-School is preferred

- Very strong logical thinking capabilities and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to formulate data-driven decisions that lead to results, project management skills

- Ability to Visualize and conceptualize new ideas and solutions

- Excellent communication skills to understand/explain concepts and ideas in a simple, clear, and concise manner.

- Ability to work with multiple diverse stakeholders.

- Experience working on AI/ML projects and applications will be a plus

- Experience in E-commerce/B2C preferable.
