Associate Product Manager - Consulting Firm

Requirement :

- Bachelor's degree or Advanced degree (Masters, MBA) in Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Supply chain/Logistics

- Functional Depth in 2-3 of the areas : Demand Forecasting, Supply planning & Detailed Scheduling, S&OP, Transportation & Logistics, Inventory planning & Optimization, Network Optimization, omni-channel fulfilment

- Working experience in retail, e-commerce, merchandising will be an added advantage

- Around 5 years of experience as Functional Analyst/Consultant with supply chain & analytics

- Around 2+ years of - Supply Chain Product manager- experience (preferably in supply chain analytics)

- Experience with - advanced planning, scheduling and Optimization solutions- or - Simulation modelling tools- preferred, e.g. Anylogistix, Llamasoft Supply Chain Guru, JDA, O9, Kinaxis, Logility, ToolsGroup etc. (Need to ask this question to candidate)

- Experience in Simulation Greek (Need to ask this question to candidate)

- Product expert with in-depth knowledge able to perform below tasks :

a. Defining and delivering on the product roadmap, product testing, monitoring customer feedback

b. Leading product design, development and release process

c. Creating detailed functional specifications document

d. Creating Use Cases and Test cases. QA and regression testing

e. Good knowledge of Software Design, development and release process

f. Supporting marketing and sales through the development and maintenance of various marketing collateral like customer presentations, user guides.

g. Perform product demos/conduct product training

- Knowledge of heuristics and optimization algorithms including linear programming and mixed integer programming. Familiarity with machine learning is preferred.

- Candidate has in the past built repeatable tools / data-models to solve specific business problems :

a. Mandatorily, on Excel (Preferably on R/Python, SQL, Tableau etc.)

b. Nice to have - capability to use (and learn) tools/libraries similar to : Gurobi, Cplex, GLPK, R, numpy, scikit-learn, tensorflow, etc

c. Must have a solution creation mindset. Ability to design and enhance scalable algorithmic solutions to address the business need is a must have.

d. Able to explain complex optimization and data science concepts in a simplified, clear manner

- Candidate has worked in Agile/Scrum methodology
