About the Role :

Associate Product Manager

- As a Product Manager, you would be responsible for building successful ecosystem products based on core platforms and the blockchain industry.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure product development aligns with company goals and objectives.

- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to effectively manage timelines, resources, and deliverables.

- Clearly communicate project requirements and progress to both internal and external stakeholders.

- Employ structured thinking and attention to detail in the analysis of data, market trends, and user feedback to inform product decisions.

- Manage and engage with the user community, gathering insights and feedback to drive product improvements.

- Identify and prioritize product opportunities and challenges, using problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions.

- Apply product sense to guide the development of intuitive and user-friendly products.

- Research and stay current with web3 trends and technologies, incorporating relevant elements into the product development process.

- Understand the Web3 and DeFi landscape to identify potential partnerships, integrations, and opportunities.

Key Requirements :

- 1-2 years of experience in product management for a Consumer-Tech network/community-driven product with a tech background

- Experience delivering products that have a high degree of complexity or integrations with cross-functional teams.

- Demonstrated passion to explore a new era for blockchain and cryptocurrency.

- Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.

- An inclination toward Tech and DeFi is a plus
