Designation: Technical Product Manager/Owner

Role Overview:

- Responsible for Implementing Agile Scrum process for product development across the organization

- Set project timelines and keep teams on task to complete milestones according to schedule

- Analyze customer behavior and roll-out new features to enhance revenues

- Document user stories, specifications and product features into a detailed work order to communicate across teams and ensure mandatory requirements are built accordingly

- Instrumental in successful re-launch of a B2B platform into the market by redefining the product strategy

- Generate Incremental Revenues by creating up-sell opportunities across products

- Define and analyzed metrics to measure the success of the products and fine tune product features to ensure market fit of the product

- Hands on experience in various agile tools such as Confluence, Azure Devops, Jira, Product Plan (Roadmaps) and Avion (Story maps)

Responsibilities :

- Ability to gather requirements, define functionality and set goals in a clear, actionable format that can be used to communicate with the team and drive product delivery

- Ability to work closely with one's immediate team (Developers, QA, etc.) to iteratively and quickly deliver product functionality and accomplish pre-defined goals

- Ability to use data to generate actionable insights, to leverage those insights to achieve goals set for the product, and to connect those quantified goals to meaningful outcomes for the business

- Ability to leverage user feedback in all its forms (casual conversations to formal studies) to understand how users engage with the product, make better decisions, and drive meaningful outcomes for the business

- Ability, both as an individual and working with the design team, to define requirements and deliver UX designs that are easy to use, leverage UX best practices, and dovetail with predominant UX patterns present in the product

- Ability to drive meaningful outcomes for the business by connecting product functionality and goals to the strategic objectives of the PM's team & the overall company

- Ability to define an overall vision for the PM's area of the product that connects to the strategy for the team & company. Ability to define a clear roadmap of highly prioritized features and initiatives that deliver against that vision

- Ability to understand & contribute to the business strategy for a PM's team & the overall company. Ability to bring strategy to fruition through the consistent delivery of business outcomes.

- Ability to proactively identify stakeholders impacted by the PM's area of ownership & to work with those stakeholders to factor their requirements into product decisions

- Ability to run all the scrum routines effectively.

Minimum Experience: min 3Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 30days maximum.

Salary: Based on Co Standards.

Location: Kadubeesanahalli, Bangalore.

Work Mode: WFO(5days a week)
