- The Product Management function acts as the centrifugal force within the organisation that holds together the strategic direction for KEY functions namely - Sales, Customer Success, Financier Coverage and Platform.
- This team articulates the tactical aspects needed for these functions to perform effectively at an operating level for our Focus Products(Financial Products).

- Strategize and operationalize key products,, ensuring all product artefacts are prepared at a sufficient level of detail to provide all functions adequate visibility on the nature of the deal and nuances to be factored in during execution, preparation of Financier Notes that articulate salient aspects of the deal being presented, training on new products.
