- The Associate Product Head at Co will lead the development and execution of innovative consumer internet product strategies, driving business growth and enhancing customer experiences in the consumer internet space.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on data-driven decision-making, user-centric design, and cross-functional collaboration.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy and Development:
- Drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to enhance customer experiences and business
outcomes.
- Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and trends in the consumer internet space to create impactful solutions.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of at least 4 product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Provide clear direction, set goals, and monitor team performance to ensure project delivery aligns with business objectives.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and data analytics teams to define and prioritize product requirements.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align product initiatives with overall business goals.
Customer Focus:
- Leverage data insights, customer feedback, and user research to make informed decisions and continuously improve product performance.
- Optimize the customer journey by developing intuitive, user-friendly solutions tailored to the needs of B2C customers.
Performance Analysis:
- Define key metrics to measure product success and monitor progress against these benchmarks.
- Utilize data analytics tools to track product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience:Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management with a proven track record in the B2C domain.
Requirements :
- Must be an MBA graduate from Tier 1 college. (graduates before 2014)
- 10 years of mandatory experience in product and overal 12-13 years
