Job Description :

- A prominent private equity firm is currently recruiting for the Associate position.

- Candidates with experience of 4-6 years in Investment Banking or Private Equity roles are invited.

- The candidate should ideally be from Tier-1 Business Schools and should have completed his/her MBA or equivalent education.

- Excellent financial modeling skills and industry standard presentation delivery and communication abilities are expected.

- Prior exposure to investment & acquisition processes and end-to-end transaction closure experience from a buy-side or sell-side would be an added advantage.

Location : Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Summary of required skills and experience :

- MBA candidates having 4-6 years of work experience, professional certifications such as CFA would be an advantage

- Excellent in Corporate Finance, Valuation, Financial Reporting & Analysis

- Experience in financial modeling and ability to produce well designed PowerPoint presentations

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel including advanced functions

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Outstanding analytical skills, detail-oriented, proactive attitude and the ability to take ownership of tasks/ processes assigned

- Team player with good inter-personal skills and ability to work directly with senior members of the team
