Associate - Private Equity Fund - Strategy COnsulting Firm - IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI

Our client is a leading PE fund based out of Bangalore that focuses on investment in growth stage technology and consumer-tech start ups. They are looking to grow their team and looking for bright professionals with strong operating experience to join them.

Role & Responsibility:

- Collaborate with management teams of portfolio companies to enhance customer-focused growth and enterprise value.

-Oversee the full investment process, including sourcing opportunities, financial modeling, due diligence, documentation, and deal structuring.

-Manage portfolio performance by tracking monthly financial and operational metrics for portfolio companies.

Key Qualifications:

- Tier-1 MBA (IIMs/ISB/Ivy League) with 5+ experience working with a strategy consulting firm along with a start up in an operating role.

- Strong research capability with attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

- Experience of working in an early stage start-up or being an ex-founder will be preferred.

- Client will prefer a diversity candidate for the role.
