We are currently assisting a Privately held real estate development & servicing conglomerate for various positions within their Group Entities in Dubai, UAE.

The Role :
The Group is looking to identify an Associate within its Business Development Dept in Dubai. The person will be responsible for marketing and placing investment proposals to companies, and high net-worth individuals (HNI's), ensure that all companies products and services reach the target investors and meet the financial objectives.
Job Title : Associate - Principal Business Development
Direct Supervisor : Director - Business Development
Major Tasks & Responsibilities :
- Raise private equity and debt for the Company and its affiliates
- Sell real estate related investment products developed by the Company or its affiliates
- Conduct surveys, undertake research and collect/collate market information and statistics as required by the management
- Monitor competitor products and pricing and recommend changes to existing pricing.
- Source market information to assess risk and identification of the investment profile needs of all customers
- Comply with the periodic MIS reporting (frequency will be defined by management) on the developments of the product equity placement.
- Conduct a background study and profile each prospect/client and identify their investment appetite, risk adversity, time horizon, asset management, liquidity, capital, and personal demographics.
- Ensure adherence to corporate policies, compliance and quality control measures
Job Requirements :
Educational Qualifications & Experience :
- Graduate Degree in Management / Sales / Business or related discipline
- Over 4 years of relevant experience
