Associate Partner/Partner - Business Development

Our client a Retained Executive Search firm an MNC - looking for business partners to be based in Mumbai. Those who deal at CXO /Board of Directors for Top level Mandates. Our client is an MNC having offices in 50 countries, in India having offices in Mumbai, Delhi, Baroda & Pune.

Designation: Associate Partner/Partner for Business Development

Job Location:Mumbai

Qualification:

- Graduate with management degree preferred

- Person will be responsible for acquiring new clients & managing relationship with old clients

- Person from executive search firm or consulting organisations having live contacts at the top level preferred

OR

- Person having his own business of executive search/recruitment with live contacts can join as a business partner under their umbrella & manage his own vertical with MNC brand

- Compensation will be fixed + high variable / negotiable

- Should have excellent communication and networking skills.
