M&A Consulting practice is set up to support clients end to end through the deal life cycle.
Role comprises of Strategy and Due Diligence engagements - entry, growth, diversification strategy, commercial due diligence and post deal value creation i.e. realisation of deal rationale in terms of synergies across functions etc.
We are looking for candidates with a background in management consulting with exposure to strategy, transformation, performance improvement areas. Exposure to due diligence projects is a plus but not required.
Domestic experience is mandatory.
