Position: Operations Associate  Location: Chennai, India  Position Scope :  We are seeking an Operations Associate in our Chennai, India office to assist in meeting the demand of our customers using world-class technology and cutting-edge marketing tools. This is an excellent opportunity to enter the field of online marketing and customer acquisition while driving results through operational excellence in meeting our customer's expectations.  Responsibilities :  - Configure, operate, and monitor Zeta Interactive's proprietary tools in executing client marketing campaigns.  - Maintain accuracy in data entry and create new solutions for improved efficiency and effectiveness.  - Monitor and report campaign performance to ensure full utilization of budgets received every month.  - Drive new client and campaign on-boarding.  General Requirements :  - Bachelor's degree in a business field and 0-2 years of Sales and/or Business   - Operations experience.  - Ability to communicate and build relationships with team members in Chennai and the United States  - Ability to prioritize activities, advocate courses of action, and pursue them consistently to completion.  - Flexible and responsive to dynamic situations and changing priorities.  - Solid experience in Excel including pivot tables, and the ability to learn new software quickly.  Who are we:   At Grisaille Adtech Solutions, our people are an important part of what makes us a new kind of CRM company.
