Associate - Operations - Healthcare - IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI

Mandatory : Undergraduate/MBA graduates from tier 1 colleges ideal

- Preferred candidate from health care startups / eCommerce companies.

Previous experience:

- 1-4 years; with experience in Core Operations

- Responsible for Operational process design based on present day to day challenges in the system.

- Leading and ensuring adherence to SOPs, integrity & ethics standards across ground level operations.

- Working with the upper management in developing an operations strategy. identifying local issues and devising tactics for maximum operational efficiency.

Skill set/requirements:

- Analytical, diligent, attention to detail, should be able to setup processes, should be good an influencing people, should be willing to work on the ground, etc.
