As an Associate - Offline Marketing, you are responsible for all aspects that lead to greater product adoption through digital channels. You will be reporting to the Leads in Marketing team.
Roles & Responsibilities
Create, identify and understand consumer segments that are relevant for the product, towards whom marketing campaigns will be directed
Develop campaigns, end-to-end, (on-ground BTL and ATL) with a goal to increase visibility and adoption of the product
Implement marketing campaigns across all offline channels with effective use of budget to generate maximum reach
Track the performance of the various campaigns
Optimize campaigns to boost performance and document learnings
Perform consumer research to identify trends and discover and develop new and different ways of reaching consumers
Build organization capability (team and knowledge) to create India's best and most effective customer acquisition programs
Actively partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as key stakeholders, PR, creative, national advertising, go-to-market and individual campaign teams to ensure a consistent message and focus across all consumer touch points
Requirements
A great understanding and a strong interest in the retail/e-Commerce sector, brand awareness and retail trends
A great understanding of BTL and ATL channels for consumer outreach and adoption
Excellent communication, creative and interpersonal skills
Ability to build, manage and mentor large teams
A customer centric, creative and analytical problem-solving mindset
Curious about macro consumer trends and keeping an eye out for new outreach channels
A penchant for being data driven and a stickler for analyzing and improving every activity
