Associate - Mid Office
Key Responsibilities:
ALM, Risk Management, RBI Regulations :- Preparation of ALCO presentation with all necessary to dos, managing all research work related to ALCO
- Managing various levers of Capital Adequacy for efficient capital utilization
- Create, Track and monitor market risk benchmarks for investments
- Ensuring implementing all treasury related processes and Treasury policies in line with RBI regulations
- Finalization of monthly / quarterly / yearly Cost of Borrowing and other associated costs
Investor Presentation :- Preparation of finalisation of Investor presentation and deck.
- Continuously updating the Information Memorandum, policies and other standardized documents
Direct Assignment :- Deal wise Pool Monitoring.
- Deal wise reconciliation and preparation of remittance reports.
- Ensuring monthly pay-out for respective Assignment and Co-lending transactions
- Managing Rating Agencies and Audits pertaining to Treasury (RBI, Receivables, Internal, Statutory)- Handling auditors, RBI, internal auditors, Bank auditors in matters relating to Treasury
- Managing rating agencies with all their queries

Education : MBA / CA / CFA
Skills & Competencies:- Strong Understanding of NBFC
- Good in understanding financial ratios and analysis
- Good understanding of RBI regulations for NBFCs / HFCs
- Excellent Communication Skills and Presentation Skills
- Sound understanding of Accounting and Financial Mathematics
- Proficiency in MS Office
