Associate - Mergers & Accquistions - General Corporate Law - LLB

Provide support for clients in strategic transactions, including drafting, negotiating, reviewing and analyzing complex legal transactions and documentation to appropriately balance business objectives and mitigate risks in areas of M&A, Joint Ventures, General Corporate Law and Business Advisory.

Ability to advise and comment on practice specific client issues independently, without elevation to Associate Partner level

Supervises resource planning, team deliverables etc in delivering client expectations to the extent possible

Acts as a communication channel between senior management and his team members

Represents ELP in seminars, conferences to enhance ELP brand name

Manages client relationship to ensure client retention ((delivery, fee expectations, post delivery application of advice, invoicing and collections)

Appear in courts in low to mid value client matters (specific to L&ADR)

Starts to generate business for the Practice either through new clients or nurturing existing client relationships.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate should be a Law graduate from a premium law school

Should have worked with any Reputed law firm.

Should have 1 - 5 years of experience in General Corporate Law

Should have good drafting skills
