Associate - Merger & Acquisition - Consulting Firm - CA

We have an immediate opening with an MNC Consulting Firm

Position : Associate - Mergers & Acquisitions

Location : Gurgaon

Experience : 2 to 3 Years

Salary Range : 10 to 12 Lakhs

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Preparation of pitches, proposals and other marketing materials

2. Writing and preparing transaction related documentation (e.g. teaser, information memorandum, corporate profiles, industry analysis etc.)

3. Supporting transaction execution and business development initiatives, with increasing levels of responsibility and accountability over time

4. Managing and training Analysts/Associates

5. Identifying and developing business opportunities with seniors

REQUIREMENTS :

1. 2 + years of experience in an Investment Banking firm /Corporate Finance team of a Big 4 accounting firm

2. CA

3. Strong analytical and accounting skills

4. Conversant with preparation of pitches/proposals for transactions

5. Conversant with preparation of documents for transactions

6. Should have handled Indian Clients

7. We are willing to look at candidates from a Big 4 from any Business Line like Assurance,Taxation provided they have excellent pedigree
