Strategic Marketing Planning

- Develop integrated marketing programs to achieve pre-defined business objectives across global markets for the business

- Work closely with business units, delivery, and sales teams to develop localised marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and recall in each target market

- Initiate and drive analyst relations for business units to create long-term demand impact amongst target industries

- Develop the positioning, messaging for each business offering to meet business objectives and build reusable market collaterals to drive engagement amongst stakeholders

Demand generation

- Plan and manage demand generation activities including webinars, events, inside sales to generate leads for the sales pipeline

- Manage the lead-nurturing cycle along with sales and business teams to ensure a high conversion ratio for marketing-generated leads

Content Management

- Create a content calendar to drive all marketing campaigns as per the annual marketing calendar for business units across all communication channels including social media

- Own the entire sales enablement lifecycle and build market facing collaterals across the funnel right from awareness to engagement including blogs, whitepapers, Infographics, playbooks, flyers, brochures, presentations, and videos

Market Intelligence

- Generate quarterly economic and industry intelligence reports with actionable insights for our business units

- Educate business leaders about the latest market trends and the competitive landscape to enable tactical and strategic business plans

Whom are we looking for-

- 4 - 6 years of experience in planning and executing marketing communications or a related experience in marketing for a global business

- Master's degree preferably a specialization in Marketing

- Experience in coordinating and working closely with all types of external marketing partners

- Experience in developing content for social media, sales collaterals and creating word-class marketing campaigns for global markets

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills and editing skills with a higher level of diligence, augmented with strong organizational skills

- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills with an ability to manage a complex workload to meet tight deadlines

- Experience with websites, social media, SEO, and marketing automation tools

- Ability to lead leadership briefings and drive conversations with conviction
