Role : Associate Manager Valuation

Location : Gurgaon

Role Description: Perform valuation / research analysis for Merger & Acquisition projects.

Job Description/KRA's :

- Work across entire M&A deal life cycle from deal origination to deal closure

- Managing several medium to large size M&A deals

- Involved in precedent transactions, comparative valuation & preparing models.

- Report writing & Initiation coverage report

- Team management & Client management ( client interactions, delivery & relationship building)

Scope of work:

Desired Candidate:

- MBA/PGDM with 7-8.5 yrs of experience of post qualification experience.

- Should have strong exposure working in an investment banking or equity research

- Strong financial research,report writing & analytical skills

- Good Communication

- Willingness and ability to travel, when necessary.
