Role Title: Corporate Citizenship Transformation Consultant / Associate Manager
We are looking for an experienced Consultant or Associate Manager to join the Global Corporate Citizenship team to drive and oversee the internal and external transformation programs. This activity is expected to be both strategic and programmatic in nature.
We want someone who can help to solve problems with insights and innovation and who will thrive in a highly collaborative environment where team success takes priority over individual metrics. Critical to this role is the ability to think analytically, be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and excellent stakeholder management skills.
In this role you will:
- Work to help translate the evolving Corporate Citizenship strategy into implementation
- Support in adoption of the new operating model
- Support in preparing the governance and process in line with new operating model
- Support in change management
- Support in process documentation
- Track progress of overall change plan including activities related to transformation
- Support process and data analysis to deliver data driven insights, recommendations, and innovation to optimize how Corporate Citizenship is delivered
- Support business case and value case development and execution
- Support the development of detailed project plans and quality deliverables
- Support CC Leadership in senior stakeholder engagement through preparing briefing and presentation materials for key meetings
- Establish good working relationships and collaboration within the Global CC team, MU CC teams .
We are looking for experience in the following:
- 4+ years of delivering complex programs, including technology delivery and process design
- Worked in Consulting in the prior years
- Proficiency in handling spreadsheets (dashboarding), and PPTs
- Data interrogation & analysis skills
- Ability to juggle several priorities effectively based on team needs
- Comfort in dealing with ambiguity and Organizational Agility
- Showing ability to build trusted relationships, and manage stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate a continuous learner mindset and that you can bring innovative, new thinking to the workplace
- A passion for corporate social responsibility and sustainability. Experience of CSR or non-profit / development sector is an advantage.
- Ability to work with a fully remote team
