The Role:
The role involves end to end planning and execution of compensation programs. The position is also responsible for overseeing the implementation of specific components of complex compensation programs and initiatives ensuring appropriate local implementation in the context of global guidelines. Role holder manages customer relationships with contacts from a variety of global and local groups drives resolution of compensation issues and questions and serves as a senior resource that provides guidance to less experienced team members
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall planning of compensation - Budgeting or forecasting ensuring inputs to relevant finance teams to build the rate cards
- Benefits tool (Your Rewards) administration: working with all cross functional internal teams like TR HRSS, CIO, GBSN and external vendors on the portal functioning, regular updates, exchange of information, reporting etc.
- Understanding of all India benefits policies and being a subject matter expert on all employee benefits
- Support and leading Pan India benefits programs administration including collaborating with various teams for implementing the program design, communications, employee query management, program uptake and post closure learnings success of the program
- Support with benefits benchmarking, market surveys, internal survey participation and results evaluation
- Reimagining benefits from a future standpoint on flexibility, personalization, cutting edge benefits, benefits budgeting and more

- Ability to take responsibility for delivering professional high-quality work to the deadline
- Proven ability to organize and prioritize work in a dynamic environment where priorities may shift quickly
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Develop successful working relationships and maintain a credible reputation as a subject expert
- Good standard of written and spoken English
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ Years of compensation or total rewards experience with focus on benefits.
- Experience in market intelligence and strategic rewards initiatives necessary, as well as at least 5 years direct compensation experience.
