Job Profile

a. Assistance in handling various compliance under the Goods and Service Tax, Income Tax, Customs Act etc. mainly oriented towards overview of the returns, filing of Periodical details to the Department etc.;

b. Drafting of replies to Deficiency Memo, Show Cause Notice, Appeal etc. and filing of the same with the appropriate authority/forum;

c. Drafting of Representation before the Ministry of Finance and other relevant forums;

d. Representing before the Government authorities and visiting client places as and when

Required;

e. Liasioning with the Tax authorities, responding to their Queries and Notices, and Attending the hearings, etc.

f. Assisting the GLS team in conclusion of GST Audits, Income Tax Audits, Transfer Pricing

Salary offered: Minimum 8 LPA
