Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities :
- As a senior member of the sector practice, the person would be providing Infrastructure Advisory services to Global leaders
- Responsible for leading client interactions, delivery, and relationship building with TAS Infrastructure Advisory Global leaders
- Assist through the infrastructure project lifecycle from pre-feasibility/ feasibility to preparing responses to RFP/RFQs, shortlisting bidders and on financial closure, amongst others
- Undertake research related to the Infrastructure sector (roads, airports, ports, SEZ, power, urban development, water, or tourism)
- Assist in preparing responses to tenders through EOIs, RFQs and RFPs
- Undertake financial and economic feasibility study and bid evaluation of projects
- Assist and advise clients on the development and evaluation of financial models and socio-economic impact analysis
- Manage a team of 4 - 5 people
- Measure, monitor and improve client service by closely collaborating with the client and guiding team members and driving excellence in service delivery
- Manage workflow within the team including work allocation, adherence to timelines and quality reviews
- Provide team members with accurate and useful guidance in technical areas of high risk and complexity
- Act as a counselor for team members
- Participate in goal setting, performance appraisal and management of counselees
- Identify L&D requirements of counselees
- Travel on assignments abroad, as required
Competencies/Skills :
- Strong hands on exposure working in an Infrastructure Advisory environment, including Project Structuring, Project Finance Modeling, Bid Process Management (prepared EOIs and RFQs + RFPs) and drafting knowledge of RFP/RFQ/Concession Agreements
- Should have prepared responses to tender notices issued by Government as well as multilaterals (Asian Development Bank, World Bank, USAID, DfID)
- Possess strong business writing, story boarding and visualisation skills
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem solving skills, including financial analysis skills
- Possess good project and time management skills with the ability to complete multiple tasks
- Good communication skills - both written and verbal
- Have good knowledge of research databases like Factiva, ThomsonONE, Capital IQ, BMI etc.
- Coach and mentor team members on technical skills and soft skills
- Manage communication with the on-site teams, and provide thought leadership ideas on scope of work
- Have preferably conducted domain-specific training sessions for team members
- Manage own time to budgets and communicate progress against plan
- Be organized and structured in the completion of tasks
- Contribute pro actively to building team spirit
Education & Experience :
- Minimum of a Master's degree in business administration, economics, or finance with 6 to 8 yrs relevant experience working in Infrastructure sector consultancy space
