Have experience in Planning, Operations, Demand Forecasting, Workforce Management, Supply, Resource Management.
Skills Required:
Planning & forecasting
- Able to use the ATP tool to track the HC changes and trends, make sure the plan is in line with REV, Payroll trend.
- Able to understand short-term and long-term business plans and provide related analysis based on the ATP output from Planning/ Forecasting team and Futurist teams
S&D operations.
- Able to provide demand and supply data analysis by leveraging existing SD tools such as SD dashboard, PAT, etc, and provide advice to MU TP&O lead for driving demand-supply balances, especially across areas of Strategic Growth Priorities
- Strong analytical ability on chargeability analysis and able to figure out root causes of chargeability challenges and work on mitigation plan.
