Job Description Required.
- Identify and engage high-quality prospects and candidates by utilizing advanced internet searching skills, job boards, social networking, database mining, referrals, cold calling, and other advanced recruiting techniques
- Work with hiring managers to align business forecast with talent acquisition needs
- Develop knowledge of current marketplace and trends
- Manage applicant tracking system, maintain accurate candidate documentation to ensure legal compliance with employment practices, policies, procedures, and regulations
- Build a strong network of top talent, gain market intelligence and assess candidates to gauge alignment for a specific role or functional area
- Provide guidance on search strategies to locate and attract niche skills
- Manage candidates through the full life-cycle from initial engagement through on-boarding
Experience
- 3+ Years of Recruiting experience in professional services, consulting, or staffing firm where you were expected to meet and exceed hiring goals in a fast-paced work environment
- 3+ years of experience sourcing candidates from the internet utilizing various methods: social media, complex Boolean search strings, newsgroups, associations, niche job boards, major job boards, blogs, and other business networks
- 1+ years of experience acting as a Lead Recruiter that required you to interact with hiring managers and key stakeholders on a daily basis.
