- Associate Manager, Strategy & Project supports the development of long-term organizational strategy.
- Conducting research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders, etc. Aligning
departmental goals, processes, and resource allocation with the organizational strategy.
- Manages the development and implementation process of company's capabilities, services & solutions involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing processes
- In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.
For those individuals that supervise others, the following statements are applicable:
- Assures that appropriate resources (personnel, tools, etc.) are maintained in order to assure Quality
System compliance and adherence to the Quality Policy.
- Establishes and promotes a work environment that supports the Quality Policy and Quality System.
Management Requirements:
- Candidates for a position as a strategic project manager should have several years of progressive business experience and knowledge of usage of project and program management tools. Must have managers to hold master's degrees and prefer candidates with MBAs. Project Manager requires both hard and soft skills to excel in the position, including:
- Leadership skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Decisiveness
- Problem-solving skills
- The ability to collaborate effectively across cross functional teams
- Time management skills
