1.Manage day-to-day interactions with manpower agencies and monitor performance evaluation
2. Manage deployment team to ensure timely installation and merchant training
3. Maintain channel level mix at city level to control cost of acquisition
4. Follow-up on pipeline with TLs and ensure that it is regularly done by TL with FoS
5. Ensure that CRM update hygiene is maintained
6. Provide inputs on the manpower required at area level
7. Ensure that new joinee receives training and support on ground by TLs
8. Establish daily tracking and weekly reviews with level down and level up respectively
9. Timely allocation of leads to TLs
10. Actively participate in hiring
Job Specifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
Experience:
Relevant:
- More than 4 years of experience in sales with atleast 2 years of experience in handling teams.
- Experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience working with e-commerce, SME retailers, or PoS companies
- Deep understanding of the retail and wholesale landscape in India with prior interactions with sellers and distributors.
- Experience selling nascent (embryonic/start-up) products/services into new markets.
