Job Description:

- As a Sales Associate, you will be instrumental in our growth.

- Your role includes identifying business opportunities, expanding market reach, understanding client needs, collaborating with intermediaries, and ensuring successful deal closures.

- You'll also build and maintain strong client relationships, work with internal teams for approvals, and monitor borrower companies post-disbursement.

- Your success will be measured by achieving disbursal targets and driving revenue, profitability, and growth.

Qualifications: You should bring a proven track record in product management, strong presentation skills for top-level management, effective cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to independently drive business origination in your market.

Educational Qualifications: An MBA from a Tier 1 college and a Sales/Marketing background are preferred.
