Job Description:
- As an Associate Manager Sales for Agri Input Fertilizer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing relationships within the agricultural sector. Your role will involve managing a sales team, strategizing sales plans, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets across India.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
Team Management:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Provide coaching, training, and support to team members to enhance their sales performance.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders in the agricultural sector.
- Conduct regular visits to clients and prospects to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and potential areas for improvement.

Collaboration:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the agricultural sector, specifically in fertilizers or related products.
- Strong understanding of the agriculture industry and market dynamics.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively across India as required.
