Risk and Compliance Associate Manager

Manage collaboration of service delivery and interlock functions to manage risk in service delivery to an acceptable level. Help increase the level of awareness and compliance with policy and process related matters. Coordinate various certification programs and apply lessons learnt from matters requiring interventions.

- Increase the level of awareness on compliance with policy and process related matters within the company's Operation organization and apply learning and knowledge to matters requiring intervention.

- Contribute to a key Risk and Compliance initiative and deliver good quality results within committed timelines and scope

Business Operator

- Administer the preparation and ensure service delivery and supporting functions are ready for audits and certifications, such as SSAE16/ISAE3402, ISO27001:2005, and industry or client specific audits and certifications

- Manage scheduled and on-demand reviews to assess the service delivery control environment and adhere to client identified contractual requirements and ensure quality, timeliness and budgeting targets

- Coordinate accurate and timely completion of key risk identification, monitor and manage processes, such as the quarterly Rep Letter.

- Complete scheduled and on-demand reviews to assess the service delivery control environment and adherence to client identified contractual requirements and ensure quality, timeliness and budgeting targets.
