Reporting & Data Analysis- Associate Manager


The Role: The job involves working with risk management leads in the different markets and understand their analysis and reporting needs


Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze and report client data (customers, financials, operational, organizational, access channel), key performance indicators, and/or market data (competitors, products, suppliers), using a broad set of reporting and analytical tools and techniques to develop quantitative business insights and improve decision-making.

- Execute reporting / analytics efforts in areas specific to the business function and industry of focus, for example: risk analysis dashboard, visualization of business metrics

- Identify and recommend process improvements based on results of analytics work

- Data ETL and reporting and analyzing the data

- Generate weekly / monthly reports with market trends past and present

- Generating insights from the visualization and communicate findings to the stakeholders

- Metric Reporting and Analysis

- Running complex reports from existing databases

- Perform data profiling to identify anomalies

- Utilize tools (e.g., cross tabulation, charts and graphs for visualization for data reporting and develop dashboards using tools like Power BI, Qliksense and Qlikview) to develop business data insights

- Support quantitative and qualitative research approaches/programs and design surveys (sampling, questionnaire preparation, scales, reliability and validity of questionnaire)

- Conduct study of central tendency, dispersion, skewness and kurtosis of nominal & ordinal (non-metric), interval & ratio (metric) data

- Responsible for statistical inference of data through estimation techniques and hypothesis testing

- Gather business intelligence for decision making

- Coordinate with CIO team to implement new data models

Project Management:

- Manage project scheduling including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Critical Path Analysis, PERT, management of PMBOK knowledge areas like cash flow estimation, resource loading and leveling, Schedule crashing, risks identification, assessment & control

- Support project monitoring and control through Earned Value Analysis

Others:

- Familiarity with data collection software and protocols

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Capable of prioritizing multiple projects while still achieving deadlines

Skills Required:

- Analysis & Reporting, creating visualization

- Excel skills, sql, graphs, matrics etc

- Good to have Python/R programming

- Documenting and writing reports, extracting data from data lake and summarizing the data and knowledge of dashboard tools Power BI, Tableau Excel and data ETL tools like SQL is a must.

- Should have hands on experience on Python and R programming language.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelors in Statistics or Economics

- Good to Have- Masters in Statistics or Economics

- Minimum of 6 years' experience in Analytical role

- Good to have-More than 9 years' experience in Analytical role
