Associate Manager - Regions and Operations

We are looking for a Associate Manager- Regions and Operations for a Global Pharmaceutical MNC in Bangalore.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

- Lead and manage the Medical & Scientific Affairs (MSA) Regions team within Regions & Operations (R&O), ensuring timely planning and successful execution of projects and deliverables to meet shared business objectives.

- Contribute to achieving R&O and GMA-GBS goals and strategic priorities through effective leadership of medical & scientific advisors.

Stakeholder Management:

- Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and achieve mutual objectives.

R&O Activities:

- Develop strategic partnerships within GMA-GBS and with medical affairs teams outside of GMA-GBS to enhance operational effectiveness.

- Promote collaboration across the global Medical Affairs community.

Qualifications:

- Post-graduate degree in Science/Pharmacy, with preference for a PhD and/or MD/MBBS degree.

- Approximately 5 years of relevant work experience, with a preference for experience in both affiliate (back office and/or field) roles.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in people management.

- Additional education and experience in pharma business/marketing is desirable.

- Willingness to coach colleagues and support team development.

- Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to achieve results through collaboration in a highly motivated team environment.

- Ability to adapt quickly to new situations in a dynamic environment.

- Effective engagement and collaboration skills with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including science and business.
