Work Experience : Total 10-14 Years of Experience

Education : Any Graduate & MBA is preferred

Key Skills :

- Experience in Delivery Recruitment, Volume hiring and BPO Recruitment.

- Good experience in Recruitment Metrics into Pipeline movement,Channel Mix and Conflict Management.

- Team Handling and Stakeholder Management experience is must.

- Should have handled 400-500 volumes per quarter.

- Good to have experience in Cost per joiner for AM level.

Target Companies : Tier-1 BPO organizations.
