Roles and Responsibilities:

1. In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems

2. Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures

3. The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals

4. Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads

5. Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within organization

6. The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments

7. Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams

8. Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts

9. Manage complex projects, including project planning, execution, and closure

10. Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budget, and resource allocation

11. Experience managing the complete bidding process for multi-million projects.

12. Proven track record managing bids through internal approval processes & customer presentations.

13. Strong leadership qualities are essential.

14. The ability to make independent decisions and recommendations to management.

15. Competitive will to win and readiness to introduce innovative ideas.

16. Proactive and self-starter approach to all work.

17. Bring a professional attitude combined with appropriate behaviour, respect & dignity.

18. Demonstrate a commitment and positive attitude towards team working at all times.

19. Ability to build strong internal relationships across departments.

20. Identify, manage and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies

21. Lead project status meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders

22. Ensure project delivery within defined timelines and scope

23. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

24. Has ability to create and publish reports in MS-Excel, knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field

25. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job

26. Works under immediate supervision

27. Primary job functions do require exercising independent judgment

28. Identify and implement process improvements to optimize project delivery

29. Establish project management best practices and standards

30. Provide mentorship to team members
