The individual will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning and implementing online/digital marketing strategies for clients.   Responsibilities:  1. Drive service quality, client retention & growth  2. Use of data and analytics to deliver marketing efficiencies  3. Lead a team of analysts to develop and execute the online marketing strategy for our clients, spanning across - Search Engine Marketing, Display Marketing, Remarketing and Facebook Marketing  4. Run frequent rounds of ad copy and landing page tests (A/B, Multivariate tests) in an effort to maximize performance.  5. Analyze campaigns, identify trends and provide fast, accurate reports, optimizing campaigns to produce the best return on investment  6. Manage & build strong team with best in class online marketing competencies, skills & experience sets.  7. Mentor and take an active role in the career development of reporting employees.  Desired Skills:  1. 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing  2. Search Engine Marketing - Should have a very high-level of proficiency. AdWords Certification is a bonus.  3. Display Marketing, Social Marketing - Preferred but not required.  4. Proficiency with AdWords Editor, Google Analytics and Adobe Omniture.  5. Experience in campaign management.  6. Crisis Management - Able to handle ad-hoc issues effectively.  7. Strong analytical skills, numerical skills and a good knowledge of Excel  8. Good relationship management skills and a good team player  9. Creative flair and enthusiasm for new ideas and concepts  10. Strong leadership, entrepreneurial and execution skills  Team / Leadership Skills:  1.
