Role Description: Implementing finance transformation on various Global projects

Job Description / KRA:

- Financial Transformation and performance consulting service delivery to client engagements

- Managing large integration and organizational transformation programs

- Provides a structured approach for supporting the financial process to move from their current states to their future state.

- Support execution of the carve-out / integration plan while working to constantly identify areas for improvement, including resolving integration issues

- Managing complex projects and ensure integrated change controls through the relevant processes and tools

- Identify deviations in a project and analyze impact.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- CA/ MBA/CFA/CPA with 5+ years of post graduate experience of applicable industry and/or consulting experience

- At least 5 years of functional experience including in corporate finance, supply chain, financial transformation, strategy, commercial operations, R&D, sales and finance function operations

- Understanding of M&A life cycle, carve-out / integration of a business post-announcement of transaction, cross-border M&A

- Possess financial analysis experience from a number of pre- and post-deal transactions, with the ability to link detailed operational analysis to P&L, cash flow and balance sheet
