Associate Manager - POA DESK - Banking & NBFC

Core Functional:

- Responsible for supporting transaction execution for 3rd party products like PMS / AIF / MLDs etc.,

- Ensuring correct accounting, reconciliation and reporting, managing RM queries and process efficiency/automation.

Professional and Technical: 7 to 8 years of experience

Responsibilities:

- Overlooking of Account opening process Wealth NON POA and POA accounts & PMS (DPMS & NDPMS) Documentation, Co-ordination with Back Office for getting Clients MF Investment, Bank, Demat, Broking & Custody Account opened Co-ordination with NSE NFM, BSE Star MF, Banks, Depository & Custodian.

- Contribution in Setting up of Wealth NON POA and POA accounts & PMS account Opening. Ensuring the due diligence of negatives news & AML Checks through different channels.

- Categories the client as per risk category. Follow up with CSO for queries related to overall Account Opening.

- MF Trx feeds reconciliation. Heldaway Data Update of Mutual Fund, Structured Products & Other Products. Monthly Reporting of Clients Report, with coordination with RM & SRM

- Handling of client portfolio, Tracking client day to day investment. Resolving the query raised by client & RM/SRM

- Coordinating with RM & SRM for the client data

- Leading the team with motivation

- Monitoring the valuation updation in the system by team member

- Monthly coordination with fund house for the month end data (PMS/AIF's)

- Bond's & MLD Updation in the system tracking

- Overall responsible for the updation team work activity
