Associate Manager - Medical Excellence - Pharma - IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI

We are looking for an Associate Manager- Medical Excellence for a Global Pharmaceutical MNC in Bangalore

Qualification: PhD or MBA from Premium institute

Responsibilities:

People Management:

- Lead and manage a team of project managers within the Medical Excellence department, focusing on people development and performance management.

- Define strategy and provide direction for the team, driving strategic projects and fostering a vision for continuous improvement.

Medical Affairs Activities:

- Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of scientific deliverables across medical affairs focus areas to both internal and external stakeholders, with a primary focus on scientific events and strategic innovation projects.

- Foster collaboration with Global Medical Affairs and other relevant units.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 7 years of industry experience, particularly in project and program management.

- At least 3 years of experience in people management roles.

- Proficiency in project management, vendor management, and budgeting.

- Ability to coach colleagues and support team development.

- Strong skills in managing complex tasks and organizational issues.

- Demonstrated ability to engage and collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.

- Excellent networking and presentation skills.

- Experience and willingness to work in an international matrix organization.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills with individuals from various backgrounds, including science and business.
