Associate Manager - Marketing
Here are a few highlights about the role:
Campaign development & execution:
- Develop campaigns aligned to support overall business objectives. Outline key programs & initiative details under the campaign.
- Lead the execution of the campaign by collaborating across business, marketing teams, vendors and other required partners to execute the campaign.
- Measure campaign output and report deliverables from the campaign.
Content:
- Support content and creative assets development for thought leadership and content marketing campaigns and programs.
- Develop messaging and content for campaigns and initiatives, including collaterals, videos, etc. to support execution. Partner with writers, designers, other teams and vendors in final delivery of content.
Client experience:
- Messaging and physical, digital branding assets; client engagement programs
- Develop and maintain all branding showcased at the three innovation hubs in India.
- Develop video assets required to enable business teams and influence sales pipeline.
Events:
- Develop, plan, curate and execute business events aligned to objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead the execution of the event, including coordinating the execution of various elements, manage stakeholders, vendors and deliverables.
Collaboration & engagement:
- Partner with business to support on M+C requirements, including counselling on M+C related requirements, developing special collaterals required for business objectives, etc.
- Provide up-to-date reporting on the progress of campaign, including metrics, achievements and budgets
- Assist in planning and creating external communications for various channels, including email, video, blogs, infographics and social media.
- Collaborate with various marketing and creative teams to write and deliver internal and executive communications through various channels.
- Manage internal and external agencies, writers and creative designers as needed.
- Manage workflow using relevant tools to support strategic planning, marketing operations, budgeting and reporting.
Experience:
- Post graduate degree required in marketing, communications, brand marketing or related.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in marketing with strong background in content development. He/ she should be comfortable putting pen to paper to develop content. Should have an interest in learning about emerging technologies and how they can bring value to clients.
- Ideal candidate should have experience in technology business marketing related to cloud, AI, metaverse, cybersecurity, next-generation computing, or space or science tech.
