Associate Manager/Manager/Sr Manager - Product Management - Internet/Online - IIM/ISB

Currently we are having an opportunity with a leading online advertising and product development company, Pune.

Education : B.Tech from a premier Institute and MBA from ISB/IIM (must).

- As a technical product manager, the candidate will be responsible for working with Reporting PMs, analyzing the marketplace, customers, and competitors to determine the right functionality to bring to market along with overall prioritization while balancing priorities for customer needs and competitive strategy.

- In addition, the TPM will prepare detailed migration plans for customers to adopt the new platform.

- Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going communication with customers ( internal and external )and prospects

- Evangelize the platform & product vision and architecture throughout the organization and in the big data community

- Develop detailed product requirements, write user stories, and maintain the product backlog of platform priorities in close collaboration with engineering, operations and business leaders.

- Monitoring progress of the product through the product development life cycle, identifying risks and opportunities, keeping senior management informed

- Play the role of Scrum product owner by supporting the product release process from user stories and requirements, acceptance criteria through customer adoption

- Work with engineering to scope product delivery and understand development alternatives as well as support build/buy economics when applicable

- Assist Product managers, product marketing and sales through marketing campaigns, webinars, customer focused groups and customer visits

- Helping drive client and user adoption of products

- Shape and Deliver Internal Work steams: Utilize structured problem solving skills/frameworks to develop a work plan and approach to frame and answer a business question

- Facilitate key product requirements and design meetings with architects, engineers and data scientists

- Translate Reporting and Analytics conceptual requirements into clear and concise business and technical requirements capable of being handed off for delivery

- Participate in Insights & Benchmarking practice building activities (e.g., conference participation, thought leadership development, market offering development, recruiting)
