Job Description :

- Meeting contractual requirements, SLAs, KPIs for aligned accounts, meeting C-Sat requirements for aligned clients in F&A space Expertise in R2R & O2C

- Meeting top line / bottom line targets for aligned account/s

- Providing leadership to the team, talent retention (meeting attrition targets), people capability building

- Contribution to business development for additional business

- Process excellence for operational effectiveness

Desired Skills and Experience :

- In-depth knowledge and appreciation of domain in F&A (P2P/O2C/R2R).

- Hands-on experience in F&A Delivery in BPO/SSC.

- Client management ability

- Excellent articulation and communication skills

- Superb interpersonal and people management skills

- Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders

- Resilience and confidence

- Ability to handle large teams

- Creativity and innovativeness

- Ensure smooth and transparent communication with customer

- Proactively understand and meet customer expectations and ensure high CSAT score.

Preferred Qualifications :

- MBA - Finance, CA/CMA, Post Graduate - Commerce

- 8 + years of Finance, Accounting, General Ledger, COA, Intercompany, Cash, and/or Tax experience

- 3 + years of team and project management experience, preferably with increasing scope of responsibility would be an added advantage

- Experience working with Oracle Financial, Accounting, and related systems/applications, with systems upgrade experience desirable. Experience with GL, Intercompany, and Cash desirable
