Job Responsibilities :
The responsibilities of an OTS IT Integration Manager will include :
- Manage client engagement teams executing Operational Transaction Services which support key decision makers in developing and executing their transaction strategy to secure deal value.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of integrations, divestitures, carve-outs, and other types of transaction engagements.
- Demonstrate excellent skills in project execution, including synergy assessment, project management, problem-solving, and facilitation.
- Assist in identifying risks and issues related to integration planning, timelines, and functional areas.
- Demonstrate strong transaction knowledge in a particular industry (e.g., manufacturing, life sciences, consumer product goods, industrial products, technology, retail, etc.) or in a particular functional area (e.g., Finance, Information Technology, Supply Chain, etc.).
- Develop excellent client relationships at the appropriate client level and be responsible for a high degree of client satisfaction with the engagement process and work products.
- Assist in business development activities including preparing presentations and attending pursuit meetings with clients to help sell work.
- Supervise, coach, and mentor team members at the senior and staff levels.
- Delivery and review of high-quality, risk-managed reports and other work products in various formats
- Involvement in the business development process and support the development and delivery of technical proposals and sales presentations
- Build relationships with offices across the globe, and demonstrate knowledge of regional practices. Responsible for high degree of GDS user satisfaction with engagement process and work products
- Manage client engagement teams executing OTS services which support key decision makers in developing and executing their transaction strategy to secure deal value
- Provide guidance on projects and mentor a team of OTS professionals
- Conduct timely performance reviews for employees and develop other professionals by providing effective performance feedback and training. Lead by example
- Identify business development opportunities and assist Partners and Senior Managers on proposals and new business opportunities
- Use current technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness of services provided
Job requirements :
To qualify, candidates must have :
- A bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science or related field and at least 9 years of related work experience;
- Desirable to have IT transaction experience (mergers, acquisitions or divestiture)
- IT skillset (Require minimum of 4)

- Understanding of M&A life cycle, carve-out / integration of a business post-announcement of transaction, cross-border M&A
- Ability to determine risks and opportunity areas
- Skill to synthesize approaches to complex carve-out and integration conflicts
- Talent to adapt to new challenges and ideas
- Excellent problem solving, project management, facilitation and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Well versed with MS Excel and PowerPoint
