Responsibilities :

Build Industry Impact :

- Identify opportunities for implementation of Industry specific leading practices at potential client deals

- Collaborate with client delivery teams for implementation of Industry specific leading practices

- Provide required support for client delivery teams in meeting the desired business outcomes

Support Client Visits :

- Create and refresh required Industry specific content that can be used for client visits

- Participate in client visit to demonstrate Company expertise on the Industry skills

Thought Leadership :

- Identify industry benchmarks, leading practices, industry specific processes for each sub-process of outsourced module (F&A, Marketing, Procurement etc.)

- Coordination with teams across BPO and Company to validate and get inputs on industry specific processes trends and impacts

Talent development :

- Collaborate with Capability Development/ Training team for identifying new training modules applicable for development of Industry skills across various proficiency levels

- Conduct Industry specific training workshops across key locations (physical/ virtual mode)

- Conduct town Hal / Knowledge session/ knowledge contest / MSD session

Profile Credentials :

- Professionally qualified with over 7-15 years of experience in the industry

- Excellent Communication skills

- Ability to make presentation to clients/ support in RFP response/ Work with sales and delivery team for new opportunity within CGS and Retail Industry

- Ability to design process / SOP/ white papers / Industry POV

- Excellent Power point and presentation skills
