We have been retained by a multi-crore business conglomerate to create the President's team a nucleus team to focus on formulating and implementing strategies for multiple business verticals across education, media and technology

Role: Associate Manager

Reporting to: Associate Director - President Office

Experience- 1-2 years

Location - Chennai

As an Associate Manager your core responsibilities will be to support the Associate Director across functions, solve issues, create value, maximize growth and improve business performance. You will have the opportunity to use your business skills to provide objective advice and help an organization develop any specialist skills that it may be lacking.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Associate Manager, so designated in relation to the authority concerned, shall be:

- Responsible for business research and market analysis to help implement suitable strategies

- Conducted current state assessment of processes and involved in future state design and implementation

- Performing activities such as Market Research, due diligence, Competitor/Industry Benchmarking, Business Process Modeling Project Planning and Readiness Assessment

- Create insightful reports and presentations to be presented to senior leaders

Requirements/Eligibility:

- MBA From Tier1/Tier 2 B school

- 1-2 years of experience in Management Consulting / Corporate Strategy in relevant verticals - Eg: Education, Media etc.

General Skills

- Analytical abilities, attention to details, planning and organizing skills

- Communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work in teams, build positive relationships

- Sound knowledge of MS Office applications
