We have an urgent job opening with one of our client which is one of the Big4's for the position of Associate Manager Legal & Compliance for Bangalore Location.

6 - 9 years of experience in legal domain.

- Expertise in Legal compliance .

- Expertise in Risk Management

- Good experience in people management and project management.

- Negotiating with the internal and external stakeholders.

Job purpose :

- Advising the management on issues relating to interpretation of relevant laws.

- Legal Compliances as may be required by the overseas parent Company.

- Analyzing the viability of business models in relation to applicable laws.

- Handling the ongoing company litigation in various forums with the outside counsel and regularly updating the management of the same.

 -Compliance to legal requirements in all contracts and documents.

- Accurate assessment of any legal risks across all processes in Sentiss

- On time reporting of non-compliance to legal or statutory requirement to the Management

- Empanelment and Liaison with other legal advisors on various issues

- Implementation of compliance system and regular tracking & monitoring of department wise compliance.
