Associate Manager - Legal Agreements & Contract Negotiations - Online Advertising/Technology Business - LLB

Qualified LLB.

- Drafting advertising agreements, vendor agreements, customer contracts, MSAs, NDAs, IP agreements, terms and conditions, marketing agreements or other agreements relating to the online advertising OR technology space. 

- Managing regulatory compliance & legal work. 

- Experience having worked on GDPR/ Data Privacy laws internationally. 

- Experience having worked with international regulatory bodies (eg: Google's chrome policy or Apple's Safari policy)
