Role :
We are looking for a corporate compensation and benefits professional to develop, implement and administer end to end compensation and benefits practice globally.
Job Description:
- Responsible for the design, implementation, and/or administration of compensation and benefits plans, programs, and projects.
- Manage external and internal benchmarking study
- Drive the year-end compensation processes, including merit increase and incentive payout planning
- Design compensation structures/models, allowances, salary ranges, long & short term incentive programs, policy formulation
- Support implementation of benefit programs
- Assist in developing communication material for new and existing benefits programs and manage the dissemination to the relevant groups.
- Deliver compensation and benefits training/communications as required.
- Provide analytical support to create reports, dashboards based on reporting requirements
- Support re-design and implementation of C&B process and communication to improve employee satisfaction and process effectiveness.
- Participates in compliance activities.
- Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports
- Develop ongoing communication methods to report key performance indicators and labour market trends to relevant stakeholders.
- Partner with different internal and external stake holders like Talent Acquisition team, payroll, Finance, Business HR, external vendors, employment lawyers, immigration to help resolve compensation and benefits issues in a timely manner and ensure alignment of the global and local practices.
- Participate in projects and analysis to improve compensation structure, job revisions, and organizational structures
- Understand organization job roles, design ranges that aligned to the Business Strategy. -
- Develop and demonstrate good knowledge of business lines and products/services
- Participates in job levelling and grading of jobs using established processes. participate in system projects, to include enhancements to current compensation systems as well as implementation of new systems & features
- Create reports and models for compensation programs
Job Specification
- Overall experience of 5 - 10 years in HR, with 2 - 5 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits function with IT / ITES sector.
- Understanding of compensation and benefits fundamentals and practices
- A quantitative abilities and strong analytical skills with an eye for details
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (excel sheets, presentations etc) to perform data analysis and present.
- Excellent Interpersonal and relationship management skills (the stakeholders will be internal and external to the organization)
- Adaptable and support transition and upscale of benefits and compensation programs.
- Good Problem solving or solution-oriented approach
- Experience of working on data analytics, consolidation and administration.
