Experience : 5+ years in account management in sales
Job profile :
Job responsibilities : Drive Seller Success- You will be responsible for driving seller success on marketplace by formulating strategies and inputs basis seller needs through your team of associates.
- Joint Planning with Marketplace team: Work closely with the marketplace team to identify blockers in seller success, create scalable mechanism to address them and drive participation of sellers to enable seller success.
- Managing the seller relationship by championing the seller's needs at Amazon. Build strong communication channels at all levels of the seller's organization, set proper expectations, provide clear status communications, and manage towards a growth plan.
- Business planning and communication to senior management: Develop a short-term and long-term plan for growth and report to Senior Management on a regular basis on the state of key topline and bottom-line metrics and risk factors.
- Innovation : Invent and drive continuous process improvement and automation across our systems to allow us to scale a fast-growing business.
- Hire and Develop :
- Partner with own team, peers in enabling growth path, career rotation for own team.
- Effective Periodic 1:1's with the associates.
- Training/Coaching the team members on the various SOP's and Processes.
- Co-own talent management and attrition goals.
- Performance management of the team members and representing their work in the annual performance reviews.
Package : 20.00 LPA to 24.00 LPA
